This preserves benchmark histories when the experimental profile controls are disabled and strengthens the sector test.
3-05303220; active overrides still change it.Tests: 265 pass, one optional bw2io skip. Fifteen differential cases preserve generated arrays and RNG state. The history regression and sector mutation failed before the corrections.
