Do not open a public issue containing a credential, token, private path, or personal information.

For a vulnerability in this template, use GitHub's private vulnerability reporting feature in the repository Security tab.

If you accidentally commit a secret:

1. Revoke or rotate it immediately.
2. Remove it from the repository and Git history.
3. Review logs and provider activity for unauthorized use.
4. Add a rule that prevents the same secret-bearing file from being tracked again.
