Package-only release: `@shapeshiftoss/caip` moves its `fs`-using file-writing helpers out of `utils.ts` into generate-script-only `writeFiles.ts` modules so the package can be bundled in a browser app, `@shapeshiftoss/swap-widget` raises its declared `viem` peer floor to `^2.45.0` (matching the `megaeth` chain definition it actually uses) and guards against empty publishes, and both packages are version-bumped to ship those fixes. **No testing required** - no app-facing behavior changes; the caip change only relocates code paths that were never reachable at runtime in the web app.
