The swap widget now supports a host that creates its own AppKit instance (host-owned AppKit path), deriving readiness from the AppKit SDK singleton instead of its own private init flag. Partner attribution moves to a stable partnerCode, threaded end-to-end through the public-api write path (swap registration) and read path (affiliate dashboard). Test the embedded widget in both wallet modes (widget-owned vs host-owned AppKit), confirm a host that omits walletConnectProjectId renders a working widget, and verify swaps attribute correctly by partner code in the affiliate dashboard. The docs PR is a documentation audit with one small ratesRefetchInterval prop fix, so spot-check that the rates refetch interval prop still behaves.

FOXy recovery

FOXy staking has wound down, so the in-app staking product is removed and replaced with an unlisted /foxy recovery page (reachable only by direct URL, not in any nav) that lets holders withdraw their remaining FOX. Navigate directly to /foxy, connect an EVM wallet, and confirm the withdraw flow works; also confirm the old FOXy staking product/entry points are gone.

Fixes, deps, and infra

No testing required. Version bumps to the public @shapeshiftoss/* packages so the publish-packages workflow ships them on the next release.
