Hey, I'm Shan

Senior full-stack engineer at Polygon.

I work on onchain products, mostly around bridging, staking, payments, and the kind of reliability you only notice when it breaks.

Outside work I build small tools, write notes, and occasionally turn a personal obsession into a project before realising I have once again made a hobby into homework.

Mostly interested in

  • useful software over clever demos
  • onchain products that don't feel terrifying to use
  • AI-assisted engineering that has guardrails, docs, and review loops
  • writing like an actual person again
  • poker, decision-making, and getting better without lying to myself
