Overriding boot libraries

[kirelagin]

When a boot package is overridden in package.yaml, other boot packages apparently don’t see it and continue depending on the version which is shipped with GHC.

Workaround for now: override all the depending boot libraries (it is ok to provide the same version which is in the snapshot).
