Context
BOX_COLLECTION/JAIL_INDEX_COLLECTION live in tinybox-drivers (box_store.rs, index_store.rs). The host restates them in modules/storage_grant_tinybox.rs.
Scope
- Add a
StorageNeedstotinybox-busand have the drivers consume it. Release.

Merged in tinyhumansai#93 (c7be7e4). Published v0.1.37 through reviewed release run 39060784592. Verified all 17 platform archives and checksum.toml, every archive checksum, native library format and embedded allowlist: https://github.com/tinyhumansai/tinybox/releases/tag/v0.1.37
