Walks through each phase of the demo — Handshake, Not active, Fencing, Ending, ACK — with the actual wire bytes shown at each step. Includes the network topology, bout fixture data, state code reference, timeout path instructions, and a table mapping each demo operation back to the protocol stack functions it exercises.
