Adds CSVall (https://csvall.com), a free, privacy-first browser-based CSV toolkit to convert, clean, transform and analyze CSV. Files are processed locally and never leave the device, with support for Excel / JSON / XML / Markdown and finance formats (OFX / QBO / QFX / QIF / MT940 / CAMT). Added to the main Tools section and the awesomecsv.csv mirror, consistent with existing entries.
