Switch root addition to folder-picker UX and unify workspace/explorer top controls to prevent sidebar layout jumps when switching tabs.
This ships the explorer model and persistence refactor with reliable right-click actions and localized menu labels, and updates README + compatibility docs to reflect orchestrator-focused cmux command support.
