Add LICW Challege mode

The Long Island CW Club (LICW) has students use Morse Walker to practice callsign copying and QSOs.

I thought it would be nice to add the usual exchange for their LICW Challenge contest to the application.

I based the exchange off of their LICW contest protocol generator.

I abbreviated slightly, although more abbreviation may be appropriate here since the exchange is quite long.

Tested locally on latest Chrome.

@Ezren do you have this deployed anywhere for the LICW students?

If not, I would be willing to look into pulling this into my deployment that I started for Field Day and am now collecting all my PRs in while waiting for @sc0tfree to get time to look at the open PRs.
