Enable bundling models (i.e. load them locally instead of downloading them)

The title is self-explanatory. I would like to have this run in airgapped systems, and I can't figure out how to have BrowserAI load the model from a local folder

Yes - I would like to bundle this as part of the application and have it served as any other static file, there's multiple scenarios where this happens (Sadly)
