September platform update for Cypress (INT-757), per the Test Runner Updates guide:
.nvmrc), same platforms/browsers as 15.18.0, EOL September 3rd, 2027 (matches test-composereolDate: 2027-09-03).Draft: hold until 15.21.1 is exposed on test-composer in production (saucelabs/devx/test-composer!402, rolling out under INT-756).
Overlap with #3624 (August, still open): that PR adds the 15.20.0 row to the same table. It's left untouched by decision. Whichever merges second needs a small rebase (15.20.0 goes between 15.21.1 and 15.18.0).
