This repository contains a collection of OCI‐compatible Containerfiles and supporting READMEs used to validate the Sarus-suite tools. It provides ready‐to‐build images for a variety of MPI/CUDA benchmarks, applications and communication stacks, organized into three main categories:
- Communication stacks: CUDA-UCX-libfabric, MPICH (CH4/OFI), OpenMPI (OFI/UCX)
- Benchmarks: OSU Micro-Benchmarks (OMB) for OpenMPI and MPICH, and NCCL-Tests
- Applications: PyFR, SPH-EXA, Pynamic, Megatron-LM
