Updates the Vitest suite to use @hirosystems/clarinet-sdk for executing simulated blockchain calls. Implements full assertions for the "Contract Info" and "STX Deposits" test blocks, verifying fee calculations, zero-amount rejections, and correct contract metadata returns using strict Cl type comparisons.
