Provide lifecycle mapping metadata for Eclipse

It is possible for a Maven plugin to provide lifecycle mapping metadata as part of the plugin itself.

Not sure if this means it can instruct Eclipse how to actually run goal(s) as part of the Eclipse build or not. This must be explored.

• make Eclipse execute the generate Mojo to generate source code during the incremental build
