CircleCI stopped accepting version 2 configs in July, so every push since then has errored before building, and rubystyle.guide hasn't been deployed since July 20.

CircleCI has rejected the version 2 config since July ("Config version 2 has reached end of life"), so rubystyle.guide hasn't been deployed since July 20. The deploy job only runs on master, so this branch's pipeline just builds the site.
