Part of #1096. New fields: {artist} (the track artist only, empty when unknown) and {service} (display name of the source: Spotify, Navidrome, Plex, Jellyfin, Emby; other ids get a capital first letter). {{ and }} write literal braces; a field wins over {{ at the same spot, so {{{artist}}} is {Band}. Replaces the old test that treated {artist} as unknown with {singer}. Fail-first tests (3 fail before, pass after). Values are never re-scanned, so braces in a title stay as they are.
