This set of scripts should be preserved on the github.

If a new set of scripts is created, it should be separate and with a new version number.

Each program (DOCK6, AutoDock4 and AutoDock Vina) will have a script for each of the 4 experiments (Pose Reproduction, Cross Docking, Database Enrichment and Reverse Docking).
There will be a README file associated for each experiment.

Choose the tutorial version which matches the set of scripts used.
