Summary

  • cargo fmt: Rust source formatting — no changes required (already compliant)
  • cargo sort: Sorted dependency ordering in zirgen/circuit/fib/Cargo.toml
  • clang-format: Reformatted 27 C++ source and header files to match project style configuration
  • license-check.py: No missing Apache 2.0 headers found

Test plan

  • Verify CI passes — all changes are mechanical formatting only, no logic changes
  • Confirm cargo fmt --check --all passes
  • Confirm clang-format --dry-run reports no changes

Closing as a duplicate. PR #344 (fix/cargo-sort-fib) is the focused, minimal fix for the cargo-sort violation — it changes only zirgen/circuit/fib/Cargo.toml. The C++ formatting changes in this PR are out of scope for the CI-checked formatters.
