CSV Database
============

Consolidation of earlier fragments for a CSV database.
Primary function is to support an electroninc library of papers using a
findadex style index system
                                                                  rgr28jun18

Installation

From git use clone, or download and unzip the folder
from within the folder, exectute:

python setup.py install [--user] [--record win_scheme.txt]

The user option installs into the local user packages folder, or a virtual 
environment if it is activated.  Otherwise it is installed into a system wide 
packages folder and may need sudo privledges. 

Record help note where files are installed for reference and potential uninstall.
