Bumps the pyobs-core dependency to 2.0.0.dev92, which includes pyobs-core#799
(the public
HttpFile.headersproperty). #142's VideoWidget Authorization-header forwarding needs this and would otherwise raise
AttributeErrorin_init()against any currently-released pyobs-core.Test plan
