- 升级 github.com/wailsapp/wails/v2 至 v2.12.0 以消除 CLI 版本警告
- Arch 构建需加 -tags webkit2_41 以使用 webkit2gtk-4.1（新版 Arch 不再提供 4.0）
- 更新 build/README.md 说明 Arch/AUR 依赖与构建标签
