Replaces the monolithic settings screen with a routed settings hub and dedicated General, Preferences, Security, About, P2P, and Logs layouts. Preserves existing wallet actions and preference behavior while aligning headers, section spacing, responsive widths, and compact log controls with the rest of the app.
