Extends blankBefore to paragraphs, headings, blockquotes, code blocks, rules, HTML comments, and tables, so ## Text\ncontent and stacked headings stay on adjacent lines. The fuzz test now also forces every gap tight, which models the editor moving a block anywhere, and checks that no block merges into its neighbor. Tables have no PM attr yet: ProseKit's attr wrapper reads the tbody in the table's toDOM output as an attrs object.
