…flow The bump workflows (release#23) mint a pilot-release-bot token from the org-scoped RELEASE_APP_ID/RELEASE_APP_PRIVATE_KEY so bump PRs trigger CI. inherit also keeps CHANGELOG_SECRET flowing. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
