Feedback round from the Bowmark founder. In Pilot, an installed agent's context comes from the catalogue entry + the adapter's bowmark.help method (compiled from the submission's description + per-method summaries) — not from the MCP or a skill file. So this enriches exactly those surfaces.

  • Reframes around cheatsheets — "cheaper, faster, more accurate" — matching the founder's copy.
  • Keeps the REST-relevant operational context an agent needs in bowmark.help: the ask→execute→report loop, execute open-loop, status handling (no_useful_data / site_not_supported / ambiguous_scope / rate_limited / 503), variants facets, and the irreversible / requires_user_input step flags. No MCP/skill-harness instructions (we front the OpenAPI HTTPS API).
  • report_outcome: evidence marked optional to match the live endpoint (201 without it); param is envelope_id.

Verified: bowmark.help output carries the new copy; verify-submission OK on all 4 platforms; bundles rebuilt + on prod R2. Mirrored to catalogue PR pilot-protocol/pilotprotocol#351 and website PR pilot-protocol/website#79.

… help

Reframes around 'cheatsheets' (cheaper/faster/more accurate) per the
Bowmark founder, tightens both method docs, and keeps the operational
context agents need (ask→execute→report loop, statuses, variants, step
flags, edge cases) in the top-level description + method summaries — which
is what bowmark.help surfaces to an installed agent. evidence marked
optional to match the REST endpoint.
