About

Phantom Locator is a tool written in Python which takes an IP address and returns it's data like location, ISP, etc.

Warning

Only download Phantom tools from my official Github account or my official Discord server. Failure to do so may result in downloading malware.

Requirements

• Windows 11 or 10
• Python 3.10 or higher

Installation

There are two ways you can download Phantom Locator. You can download the source code version which is more complicated but less buggy or you can download the compiled version which is easier but could have more bugs.

Source Code Version

1. Click on the green "Code" button and then click on "Download ZIP"
2. Extract phantomlocator-main.zip
3. Run Builder.bat and it should install Python and all of the libraries if they aren't already installed, if this doesn't work try installing them manually.

Compiled Version

1. Click on Phantom Locator under the Releases catagory.
2. Download phantomlocator-version.zip Do NOT download the Source code (zip) or Source code (tar.gz).
3. Extract phantomlocator-version.zip
4. Launch the .exe file
