- removed the distinction of lines and polyons
- only process features relevant for that tile
- blend height between all adjacent feature lines (possibly bad performance!)
- Usage hint:
- set the maxDataLevel option to something, e.g. 20. The default 99 messes up some calculations around LODs resulting in garbage read in pool->getSample() otherwise
