Point Pages deployment docs to the new folder
After this commit moved the static site from web/ into docs/, the GitHub Pages instructions still say to publish web/ (docs/README.md:14). Anyone following this guide will publish a non-existent directory (or stale path), so site updates and the CNAME handling described below it will not be applied from the moved source.
