Summary

This pull request introduces comprehensive support for the Farsi (Persian) language, making the application accessible to Persian-speaking users.

Changes Included

• Configuration Update: Added Persian to the Language enum in app/src/main/java/com/parallelc/micts/config/AppConfig.kt.
• String Translations: Created a new resource file at app/src/main/res/values-fa/strings.xml with complete translations for all application strings.
• Documentation: Added a fully translated Persian README_fa.md to provide documentation for Persian users.
• Readme Link: Updated the main README.md to include a link to the new Persian documentation.
