Como foram descobertas
Recon passivo da lista oficial de domínios
.gov.br(Secretaria de Governo Digital), classificando cada domínio como fonte de consulta OSINT. Só entraram os que têm consulta real (inscritos/certidão/transparência); páginas genéricas de licitação e URLs mortas foram descartadas.Validação
