Looks good to me. Are we ending the festive season encouraged leave period?

I'm not actually sure where that came from originally. Not sure if it was
something Victor added or what.
But during my time with OET we've never explicitly said anything to anyone
about asking when to take time off.
Also, lots of Europeans do it during June/July for their summer.
Might as well leave it out for now, and if need be, I can put something
back in later. But we don't have issues with leave.
