Initial alpha release of PristonToolsEU.

The follow features are supported:

• Live boss times for all bosses up to Aragonian
• The ability to use text-to-speech for alerting 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60 minutes before the boss spawns
• The ability to favourite bosses to make them stay on top of the list

Missing features:

• No persistence (meaning no ability to save configuration, everything resets at app launch)
• No ability to customise alert times

Known issues:

• The shell text "Made by BlondeGandalf" is not styled correctly on Windows
