BREAKING: The interface to `RangeSet` and `PointSet` changed, and these are now exported from wordgard/set.
FIX: Fix an issue where `nodeFromDOM` could return an outdated version of the node. Closes https://code.haverbeke.berlin/wordgard/wordgard/issues/79

FEATURE: The wordgard/highlight-code package provides basic code block syntax highlighting.
FEATURE: Support paste events that affect content other than the selection. BREAKING: `handlePaste` handlers now get passed an `InputEvent` rather than a `ClipboardEvent`.
