Watching the notifier does not rebuild when it's state changes.
…crease target sdk version. USE_EXACT_ALARM should only be used if the app rely on exact alarms for their core functionality. As we are already using SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM to ask the user for permission, USE_EXACT_ALARM is not required. The "notification_icon" tag was misplaced and therefore ineffective. Bump the target sdk version to stay up to date.

We were skipping the flags "isUpdateOfAlreadyNotifiedWarning" and "hideWarningBecauseThereIsANewerVersion" so every toJson - fromJson round lost these values.
Properties should be assigned using the 'propName = value' syntax. Setting a property via the Gradle-generated 'propName value' or 'propName(value)' syntax in Groovy DSL has been deprecated.

…y. Let the user close the loading screen in case of an error instead of just automatically hiding it.
Before the structure with the processedAlertsProvider, alertsProvider and futureAlertsProvider was a bit confusing. Also, the sorting and the flags if an alert was an update was lost. This makes the structure more clear and fixes the issues with the sorting and updated flags.
