Next-Gen R Tooling Packages for Arch Linux, and more

Several tools have been released in the R-world in what it looks like an effort to catch up with what Astral.sh has done for python. There are aslo new developmenst as the Quarto 2 and ggsql.

I cretead packages for some of these tools on AUR - ArchLinux's user repository, and some have been added by the tool's developer. A small handy web page that tracks most of these is at r-devs.com.
