Implement QueryBuilder for database operations

Pull Request: Refactor Database Layer with QueryBuilder

Summary:

This PR refactors the database layer of the Dumbo framework by implementing a new QueryBuilder class. It simplifies database interactions, allowing for a more intuitive and readable query construction.

Changes:

• DatabaseHelper: Now only handles PDO connection management and provides access to QueryBuilder.
• QueryBuilder: Introduced with methods for select, where, get, insert, update, and delete.
