Demo scope digital channels

Hi Andrew,

This one is for Digital Channels on DemoOscilloscope.
I created 2 banks of 8 channels with:

• A SPI signal,
• 2 UART signals + 2 clock signals,
• A parallel bus with it's clock.

See bellow:

UART decoder works fine on UART signal, but for some reason the SPI Decoder is not stable (is something wrong with the test waveforms ?)...
