Preparing the klinzing_sleep_ds005555 brainset with the default options throws a version warning, e.g.:
Dataset 'ds005555' pipeline version is '1.1.1', but latest on OpenNeuro is '1.1.3'. 馃憠 Continue with latest version?
Two things:
- I think it would be better to clarify to the user that selecting the default option
N will abort the brainset preparation.
- If the brainset is prepared with
--on-version-mismatch continue, a more complete warning is logged:
鈿狅笍 Dataset version '{cls.origin_version}' was used to create the brainset pipeline for dataset '{cls.dataset_id}', but the latest available version on OpenNeuro is '{latest_snapshot_tag}'. Downloading data or running the pipeline now will use the latest version, which may differ from the original version used, potentially causing errors or inconsistencies. Check the CHANGES file of the dataset for details about the differences between versions.
Although it is long, I think the same warning should be used with the default call, to make sure users understand the full context of their decision.
