Cap account model: shared iMessage bot and shared Telnyx FROM - #37

Wire LINQ_FROM_E164=+12138653024 as the one sitewide Treena iMessage bot and expose it as dashboard bot_number. users.phone stays the user's own number. Do not invent a shared Telnyx from-number: kickoff still requires users.from_did (not unique) until Cap names that E.164. Co-authored-by: natecl <natecl@users.noreply.github.com>
Cap GO: one sitewide FROM (+12135690899) for all users, wired through TELNYX_FROM_NUMBER / TELNYX_PHONE_NUMBER. Kickoff no longer blocks on users.from_did. Linq bot stays LINQ_FROM_E164=+12138653024. Stripe live HOLD. Co-authored-by: natecl <natecl@users.noreply.github.com>
