This PR re-enables the dup2 regression coverage by removing the Nanvix-specific NSKIP030 skips from the dup2-related tests, aligning the test suite with the updated behavior that invalid/negative FDs now raise EBADF.

dup2 rejects invalid and negative fds now. (test_os stays excluded for unrelated failures.)

Why
dup2 rejects invalid and negative fds now. (test_os stays excluded for unrelated failures.)
Verified the full lifecycle on Linux.
