Scope boundary

offline-first remains an explicit topology selecting network/auth plus Room. Synchronization, conflict resolution, retry, cache, and reconciliation policy are intentionally product-specific and are not generated.

Validation

All required pull-request checks pass on the final head:

Plug-out (optional modules removed)
Template Smoke (remote)

The local, minimal, and offline-first projections also passed before the full matrix was moved out of the blocking PR path. Emulator benchmark instrumentation remains available through the dedicated manual/scheduled Benchmark workflow.
