- Add comprehensive unit test suite in `tools/check-pr-security-test.py` covering helper functions `sensitive_paths`, `has_override_label`, `advisory_injection_scan`, `gitleaks_scan`, and `main`. - Register `tools/check-pr-security-test.py` under the `test` target in `Makefile`.
