Purpose

This pull request updates the deployment badges for Visual Studio Code Web in both the README.md and the deployment guide to use the new vscode.dev/azure URL format instead of the previous insiders.vscode.dev/azure link. This ensures users are directed to the correct and current web-based VS Code experience for deployment.

Deployment documentation updates:

  • Updated the Visual Studio Code Web badge link in README.md to use the new vscode.dev/azure URL for improved reliability and future compatibility.
  • Updated the Visual Studio Code Web badge link in docs/DeploymentGuide.md to match the new vscode.dev/azure format, ensuring consistency across documentation.

Does this introduce a breaking change?

  • Yes
  • No

Golden Path Validation

  • I have tested the primary workflows (the "golden path") to ensure they function correctly without errors.

Deployment Validation

  • I have validated the deployment process successfully and all services are running as expected with this change.
