After installed the pacemaker package that shipped with DB2, when do
yum update, it will conflict with redhat's pacemaker.Redhat's pacemaker cannot work with DB2.
Without pacemaker, DB2 does not support HA anymore.
We believe in merative devops environments, we can accept this.
