- Add MIT LICENSE file
- Add CONTRIBUTING.md with contribution guidelines
- Add CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md
- Add F-Droid metadata (fastlane format) for app store distribution
- Add GitHub Actions workflows for CI builds and releases
- Update README with:
- Badges (license, release, build status, Android version)
- Clear installation options (APK download, build from source, Android Studio)
- Contributing and License sections
