Transition to ti.maps module for 3.2.0 #225

Description

@stephenfeather

This will affect #145 and #140.

On ios, the change over should be painless. But android, as has been the case with maps in the past, not so much. The additional requirements for obtaining a key from Google is a bit overwhelming for a seasoned developer, let alone the support staff of the intended audience.
