Adds AlgoVoi to the Infrastructure and Proxies section as a multi-chain MPP facilitator.
What it is. AlgoVoi is a production MPP facilitator covering 7 chains in one HTTP envelope: Algorand, VOI, Hedera, Stellar, Base, Solana, and Tempo. Same x402 v2 / MPP canonical response shape across all 7 - no per-chain branching at the protocol layer.
