Building: Harness Desk

A local workspace for understanding and improving coding-agent setups. Inspect global and project instructions, explore skills and MCP configuration, then compare supported fresh-session measurements before and after a change.

Understand → Improve → Verify. In development, with live macOS checks for several agent adapters. Windows validation and the public package release are in progress.
